In case of the light off action I turned off all the lights in the house from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. today. It was very dark in that hour!

On friday we had the 26th anniversary of our Matura at the HTL in Innsbruck. We had a meeting in the Austria Trend hotel and wormed up old stories of older days.

On friday the "Malgruppe Mesnerhaus" had its first Vernissage. It was a nice event. And it was a little bit strange for me, because it is the first time that people have a public look at my paintings. Until now the paintings were only for me and myself.

Final day. We did realy work on our reports and got answers to our questions. And also I heard a lot interesting things about teaching. In addition I could give important inputs to other teachers. We finished with a fine dinner.
In the afternoon I visited Conrad in Salzburg and bought some interesting little things.
In the afternoon I drank some beer with my sister and she won: at 1:30 a.m. I was too tired to continue and even left over half a beer!
On saturday I slept 'til I woke up, had breakfast, a talk with my sister and a fine travel by train back home.

Met Fil at the tower of Salzburg airport. Tried to manage approach and departure of the airoplanes ;-)



Then we visited the Stiegl brewery for some beer.

Got up early, my sister brought me to Oberndorf, then with the train to Salzburg and with the O-bus to the hotel Heffterhof. We told each other about our projects. We had also a presentation about "what is good teaching" - very interesting.
The ammount of eating is twice as much as normal but double as good as usual. It is a 4 - star hotel and I have even access to the internet in my luxury room with caliban.

Went to Salzburg to my sister, went by train, payed 2nd class, drove first class. Very fine. Newspaper brought to the seat, plenty of room and almost nobody in the waggon. :-)

On saturday I was at the annual meeting of the "Tiroler Sängerbund". Also there was the "Landeshauptmann" Günther Platter as the President of the TSB. I also met Elisabeth Naz from "stimmsalz" and Arno Fabjan.

It is still snowing outside.

It is almost spring, but winter will not go!

Today I was at a funeral to say good bye to an old friend, Alexander Brandstätter, known as Brandy. There came a lot of reminders in my thoughts from former times while sitting in the church.

Today was the first day this year that I sat on the terrace, drinking my coffee, reading a newspaper. Although there is a lot of snow around I only wore a t-shirt and no stockings.
