Yesterday I became 45 and the day started with a call from my sister at 2 a.m. while I didn't switch off my mobile. I got a lot of good wishes and gratulations and spent my day at the birthday-present I donated to me, the guitar workshop with Peter Ratzenbeck. We played guitar for almost ten hours, had fun all the day and in the evening we went to the "Alte Schmiede" in Stams and there was a special birthday concert from some of the players. I spent the day with my friends Gregor, Christian and Peter. Thanks to all of you and thank you for the music!

Didn't sleep as long as usual, had breakfast and dinner. Then we took our way back home and had a first stop after 15 minutes at the shop FIALA in Laufen. Bought some acrylic paints and a model kit. Drove via Traunstein - Schleching - Walchsee - Niederndorf to Innsbruck, were I took the train back home. It were some fine days with my sister, my mother and my nephews.

Tried to sleep as long as possible, but my nephew Franzi topped me. I woke up at 1 p.m. Took a walk around the "Hö¶llerersee", enjoyed the lazy summers evening, played "Watten" until early in the morning.

Slept until I woke up, and that took a long time. Went to watch a local soccer game, were my nephews play. After taking some pics and standing in wind and rain, I went home and then shopping. In the evening I taught my mother "Watten", a card game. And then, when my sister came home, we played Watten until 3:20 a.m. Not enough night for sleeping left.

On friday I travelled to my sister by train, the first time I was in an ICE. Quite fast. On the other side the speed was relevated by the "Salzburger Lokalbahn" afterwards, where I almost could pick up flowers while riding the train.
We drank some beer while talking about this and that and some "seconds" later it was 2:30 a.m.

Today at 10 a.m. Martin and his family went back home to Graz. I cleaned up the house, had a walk with the dog and ended at the relounched "Seepark-Fest". In the evening I played guitar and so it was a very nice sunday.

Martin and I went shopping to the M-Preis at Barwies, enjoying a coffee. Then we were at the Seepark-party and had some beer. We finished his visit with a game of "Settlers of Catan". and ended up quite late. But it was very fine that he and Lizzy and the two kids were here! What will be next year?

On friday Martin and I met an old friend at the DEZ, Fil, he showed us his new Yamaha chopper, 1900 ccm, 130 PS. Then he went back to Salzburg. We went shopping to MediaMarkt, ToysRus and C & A. In the evening we had a fine Grillage during a heavy rain. But all tasted very well! We finished the day with a card game "Munchkin" ... very nice!

On thursday I visited with Retti and Lizzy and the kids the castle of Ambras with all the knight-armour and mysterious things, Maximilian collected. In addition we visited the special exhibition about Dracula, which was in the castle.
Then we went to the mountain Isel and had a look at the ski jump arena and the tower that Zaha Hadid created.
After a coffee at the Bierstindl, where we met my Mam we took a Pizza and then visited the "Emperor Maximilian I. show" in front of the golden roof. There were knight-fights, fire-shows, dancing-shows and a Joker, all in the style of the 16th century. Quite nice! And the kids had their fun.

On wednesday I ordered my new car at the carshop Nagiller in Lans. It will arrive in week 40. I am happyly looking forward!

Startet my inoculating for Africa with the FSME inoculation today. Outch! Muscle aches and money leaving! Next week more about Hepatitis.

Last week I finished 240000 km with my Skoda Felicia. That means, I am almost on the moon or 6 times round the world. The biggest Problem now is Fe2O3 - that is: rust!

Today I changed the tires of my car to summer equipment. In addition I hoovered the car completely. I cleaned the front window and applied a nanoprotection to the windshield. Finaly I removed some pieces of rust and covered the places with petrolgreen enamel. Now the car looks almost new.

I was at the cinema and looked "Il caimano". Interesting but strange film. I have to think about it. Even the beer afterwards with Gregor at the Weli didn't clear it up fully.

Woke up, get out of bed, dragged a comb along my head. Had no smoke and drank a cup. Looking up and noticed it was late...
Lizzy brought me to the station and I got the train. 6 hours later Lea waited for me and took me home. Thanks! That have been my easter-holidays!
