Today we took a walk cross country. You would not beleave, but the snow reached nearly our hip. But as you know, we have a tiny dog, Gipsy. Her feet were too short to reach the ground. So it looked as she was swimming. Watch yourself

We were at Claudias sister, played a lot of games (Mamma Mia, Bohnanza), had a fine dinner, drank a lot, watched the rockets, melted lead and on New years day we were tobogganing at the "Elfer Lift". Lets take the year 2006. Which means in german: "Zweitausend Null Sex"

Today was the launching of the motor-yacht building. It is the first one, I had as a child, built after a plan I found 15 years ago again in Graz. Soon you will get pictures of it.

We had a fine Christmas evening with barleysoup and cruller, Bethlehem story, Christmas carols, exchanging gifts and cookies afterwards. At midnight we sang with the choir in the church, I played the guitar. It was a nice evening.

Today I played the Nikolaus for children in the Stubaital village Kampl.

14 famylies waited for me between 5 and 8 p.m. Glowing eyes from nervous children, smiling faces from proud parents when the kids told me their poems and gave me drawings the kids made or when they sang a song. Oh, what a christmas feeling! The wrong mustache was awful, the wrong Mitra produced headache. But all for happy glowing kids eyes. Maybe next year you want to rent me?

Had a fine lunch today at Locherboden. The decoration is some sort of "Extra-kitschig". But meal is very very good!

Today we were at the Bierstindl in the Gerhard Sexl cabaret "My home isch my Kaschtl". It was intended as an information evening for house builders. It seemed that he has looked at us during our house building and now he tells our story to the audience. Even the story with the dog was ours.

Today I was at the ÖAMTC to make the §57a test. After 207000 kilometers he said that it is in a good shape. Only normal usage-failures that have no consequence. So I got the "Pickerl". fine.

What a wonderful autumn. It is the middle of november and I took a (probably the last) cycling tour in the warm sun. It lasts an hour and took me from the "Grünberglift" to the "Pensionistenweg" and further on to "Gschwent". I enjoyed the last sunbeams and the scenery and the warm sun and cycling. Today I tested the winter-clothing-outfit for mountainbiking and it is warm enough. The coldest place is under the helmet. I'll find a way to warm my ears.

Since thursday I am glad to own an artists easel. Fine!

Today we went together with Ursula, Clemens and his son Gabriel from Obsteig to "Adlerhorst" above Nassereith. About 10 minutes before we reached the point, the rain reached us and so we took the short way downhill and the parents of Clemens took us with the car back home. But it was a nice 2 hours hike. The best thing of all were the wonderful coloured trees (Rotbuchen). It was a very nice view. And because Obsteig is at 1000 m altitude, it was a horizontal hike with no up and downhill-hiking.
